House Hold Basics:
- Aluminum Siding: 20 to 50 years
- Carpet: 11 years
- Exterior Deck: 15 years
- Vinyl Floor: 10 years
- Vinyl Siding: 50 years
- Wood Floor: 20 to 30 years
